2. Service-Based Payments
For business support services such as formation, registration, bookkeeping, payroll and compliance, taxation, insurance, software, digital marketing, or consulting, refunds may not be applicable once the work has been started, documents have been processed, or service execution has begun.
3. Equipment or Product Orders
For equipment-related orders, refund or cancellation will depend on product availability, order confirmation, supplier terms, dispatch status, and whether the product has been specially arranged or customized as per client requirements.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered in the following cases:
- Payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment was received
- Service has not been started from our side
- Product or equipment order has not been processed or confirmed
- There is a genuine issue from our side
- Refund request is made within a reasonable time after payment
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Service work has already started or completed
- Documents have been submitted or processed
- Consultation or professional advice has already been provided
- Client changes their mind after confirming the service or product
- Delay occurs due to pending documents, information, or approval from the client side
- Product has been ordered, dispatched, installed, customized, or specially arranged
- Government fees, third-party charges, payment gateway charges, or vendor charges have already been paid
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before the service or order is processed. Once work has started or product processing has begun, cancellation may not be accepted.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with your payment details, service/product details, and reason for refund. Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.
8. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method or any other agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.
9. Final Decision
The final decision regarding refund approval or rejection will be made by i Creative Automation after reviewing the case, service status, and applicable charges.
